I want to start with email marketing. Is there any free plan?

Yes, we offer a free plan, where you can use all NotifyVisitors features without paying anything. You can Send 1000 emails/month to upto 1000 contacts and unlimited push notifications to upto 50,000 subscribers; also, you can upgrade your plan when you feel like doing so.

What if I have more contacts than my plan allows or need to send more emails?

No need to worry as the limit goes up; you will have an option to upgrade the number of contacts in your current plan. Before making any up-gradation in your plan, we will ask for your confirmation. Also, if you want to add more email credits in your current plan without upgrading it, you can purchase them separately, as we offer 10000 emails for $5. Note : In the free plan, you can’t add more contacts.

How do I pay?

We accept all major credit cards, and you can add or update your payment details on your account page anytime by visiting the Billing section in the Organization tab in Notifyvisitors dashboard.

How do I change my plan?

To upgrade your plan, login to NotifyVisitors and navigate to Organization> Billing. Here you can check your current plan and simply upgrade it by clicking on Modify subscription. Once you confirm the up-gradation and make payment, your new plan will be activated.

Do you offer migration support?

Yes, all Enterprise plan users get a dedicated customer success manager who offers personalized migration support. They will help you import contacts and guide you in setting up your first campaign and automation.

Which plan is better? Startup or Enterprise?

Choosing a plan completely depends on your requirements. However, the major reason for choosing the Enterprise plan is that you get a dedicated customer success manager and support on a priority basis.

I'm new and setting an automation workflow for the first time. Can I get any help from the team?
