Let’s dive in!
1. AI-powered subject line and content generation
We’re excited to introduce AI-powered subject line and content generation features in NotifyVisitors! These enhancements help you craft compelling email campaigns with ease.
A. AI-generated subject lines
Now, while creating an email campaign, you can use AI to generate subject lines instantly.
- Click the “Write with AI” button in the content section.

- A window will appear where you can enter a prompt for AI to generate a subject line.

- Click “Generate” to receive suggestions. If you’re not satisfied, click “Regenerate” for new options.
- Once you find a suitable subject line, click “Apply” to add it to your campaign.
Additionally, you can use prebuilt prompts for quick suggestions.

If you haven’t integrated an AI account, you can generate up to 10 prompts per day.
To unlock more, integrate your own AI by clicking the “Integrate AI” button and adding your Amazon Bedrock credentials.
B. AI-generated email content
You can also leverage AI to create email content seamlessly.
- Open the email editor (Rich Text or Drag & Drop). (HTML and AMP support coming soon!)

- Click the “Write with AI” button and enter your prompt.
- AI will generate content based on your input.
C. AI-powered language conversion
Expanding your reach? Use AI to convert email content into different languages, ensuring your campaigns resonate with a global audience.
This new AI-powered functionality enhances efficiency and creativity, making email marketing more effective than ever!
2. New vs. returning user tracking
We’re introducing a new way to track user activity more effectively within the Events section. Now, when selecting an event, you can use the “Visit Type” attribute to distinguish between new and returning users.

This enhancement provides valuable insights by allowing you to see whether an event was triggered by a first-time user or an existing user, a capability that was previously unavailable. Understanding this distinction can help optimize engagement strategies, personalize user experiences, and refine campaign targeting.
Additionally, in the Overview section, you can now track new vs. returning user trends at a glance. This visual representation makes it easier to monitor user behavior over time, identify growth patterns, and adjust marketing efforts accordingly.

With this update, analyzing user interactions has become more insightful, helping you make data-driven decisions to improve engagement and retention.
3. Upgraded alerts feature for campaign monitoring
We’ve expanded the Alerts feature to provide even more granular insights into your campaign performance. Previously, alerts were available to detect failures in scheduled campaigns or monitor increases and decreases in specific event occurrences. Now, we’ve extended this functionality to include alerts for email, SMS, and push campaigns, ensuring you stay informed about key performance changes in real time.
With this update, you can set up alerts to track fluctuations in various campaign metrics, including total sent, total delivered, delivery rate, unique opens, open rate, unique clicks, CTR, CTOR, and more. These alerts help you proactively monitor performance trends and take immediate action when needed.
To configure an alert, navigate to the Alerts section in Settings and click on “New Alert.” In the window that appears, give your alert a name, then select a campaign channel, and select the KPI for which you want to receive alerts.

Specify the frequency for event alerts (daily or weekly), choose whether the alert should be triggered by an increase or decrease in the KPI’s value, and define the value criteria (specific value or percentage). If you opt for a percentage, our system will compare it with the previous week or yesterday, depending on your weekly or daily preference. Finally, enter your email address and click “Create.”
With this you’ll receive timely notifications whenever a metric crosses the specified threshold.
This enhancement makes it easier to maintain campaign efficiency, identify potential issues early, and optimize engagement strategies without constant manual tracking.
4. Website personalization UI enhancements for better user experience
Similar to our previously covered Website A/B Testing UI updates, we’ve updated the Website Personalization interface to enhance usability and improve workflow efficiency. These UI enhancements make it easier to customize website content dynamically based on user behavior, preferences, and demographics—ensuring a more relevant and engaging experience.
The campaign creation process for website personalization is similar to A/B testing. Simply navigate to the Onsite section, select Website Personalization, and create your campaign. The workflow remains familiar as shared in the previous update, including Settings, Variations, Targeting Rules, Goals, and Review Sections, making it easy to implement personalization.
To track the effectiveness of your personalization campaigns, we’ve enhanced the Analytics section. At first, we have Personalization Summary, covering campaign settings, created variations, targeting rules, and goals.
Next to this, the analytics tab includes several key performance graphs:
- Goal Tracking Chart: Displays the progress of defined campaign goals, helping you assess the effectiveness of personalization efforts. You can compare various goals of your campaign against one another, as well as each goal with its original and variation pages.

- Conversion Graph: This trend highlights how personalized variations impacts user conversions over a selected date range.

- Visitor Insights Graph: This section shows the trend for comparing the number of visitors between the variations, offering deeper behavioral insights.

Lastly, we have Heatmaps tab. This feature visually maps out user engagement on your website, showcasing which elements receive the most interaction. Heatmap analytics are only available if you’ve activated heatmaps for your campaign. You can check out the analytics, including views and clicks for various variations, along with the heatmaps right here.

With this update, you can drive higher engagement and conversions by delivering personalized content at scale.
5. Introducing web debugger for easier issue detection
We’re excited to introduce the Web Debugger, a powerful new tool designed to help you identify and resolve tracking issues on your website with ease. Whether it’s troubleshooting user tracking problems, missing lead forms, expired NotifyVisitors subscriptions, or disabled cookie data, the Web Debugger provides clear insights into what’s happening.
To start using the Web Debugger, navigate to Settings > Debugger and click “Create Debugger.”

You’ll need to provide a name and the website/page link you want to debug, then click “Start Debugging.” This will generate a unique link that, when visited, will log all NotifyVisitors-related activity on that page. The logs will include event names, sources, and timestamps.
In addition to logs, you can also view request and response data, making it easier to analyze errors and diagnose potential problems.

Note
- This debugging feature is available only for websites that have integrated NotifyVisitors’ JavaScript code.
- Each created debugger session remains valid for 24 hours, ensuring that you have ample time to capture and review logs effectively.
With this update, detecting and resolving website tracking issues has never been easier, helping you maintain seamless functionality across all your campaigns.
6. Customizable “Close” button color for pop-ups
We’ve introduced a new option that allows you to set a separate color for the close (X) button on your pop-ups and signup forms. Previously, the close button inherited the same color as the border, limiting customization options.
To access this option, navigate to the Settings tab while editing a pop-up and locate the Cross Color field. Here, you can select any color independent of the border, giving you more control over the appearance of your pop-ups.

Conclusion
This release introduces powerful enhancements to elevate your marketing efforts with AI-driven automation, advanced user tracking, real-time alerts, and personalized experiences. Whether it’s crafting compelling email campaigns with AI, distinguishing between new and returning users, setting up alerts for key performance changes, or delivering tailored website experiences, these updates are designed to help you optimize engagement and drive better results.
